What City Is This?
Dusty was out and about, when he took this picture, but didn't give us any details except that Lyanne Sakks, Ann Coulter, Shyster Pettifogger, and John Edwards are among the many others in the photo. Can you figure what is going on and where it was taken?

Looks like the downtown center for the major metropolis of the outer rim of the Netherworld to me. But I am a bit sheltered as I have lived here for about 65 years now.
It looked like the outter fringes of something.
